please help. what does spotting mean at the first trimester of pregnancy?

Well me and my husband want to have another little one so i stopped my birth Control the 28th of December and the 29th i was bleeding off and one until January 2nd witch i was suppose to have normal period but didn’t have one so my next period is due January26th so its 5 days before my period and my boobs been hurting off and on for last few days and get dizzy and weak and head acks and feeling tired only the other day i just wanted to sleep all day is it possible that you have signs of pregnancy and they can come and go? could i be pregnant?

I had my naval pierced as a teenager, and now that I am 8 months pregnant it looks red and swollen. Is there anything I can do to make the skin look normal? I know the holes will always be there, it just looks like it is irritated!
