Can Clarithromycin cause a miscarriage in the early stages of pregnancy?

I’m not pregnant yet, but I am doing some research to find out which care is the least expensive. Is going the naturopathic way and having a midwife or doula less pricey or is the normal OB/GYN doctor way more? I would greatly appreciate some help from those who have been or are pregnant right now.

I’ve been eating a lot of fruits, veggies and low fat dairy, but I’m finding it challenging to work enough protein into my diet since I’m to avoid lunch meats, hot dogs and fast food (no burgers!).
